These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nivaar website and services at nivaar.net and examprep.nivaar.net (the "Services"), operated by Nivaar ("Nivaar", "we", "us"), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Accounts are created by request and may require approval. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any email address you register.
Browsing the Exam Prep catalog is free for signed-in users. Worked solutions, study guides and practice material are unlocked per discipline or per subject. Access is currently granted on request. Where payment is required, we will tell you the price before any charge applies, and payments are processed by Stripe.

Nivaar Exam Prep provides our own worked re-statements and study guides created for study purposes. The original examinations are © EGBC / CEQB, and Nivaar is not affiliated with or endorsed by EGBC or CEQB. Exam Prep materials are licensed to you for personal study only and may not be redistributed or resold. Material you open is marked with your email address. Solutions are study aids; we work to make them correct but do not guarantee it, and they are no substitute for your own judgement or the official examination.
We work to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
You may stop using the Services and permanently delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion, your account data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nivaar does not guarantee that using the Services will lead to passing any examination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivaar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Ontario will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
